Who are we and why? First, we are a group of individual organizations that hold a common set of beliefs and values, concerning the Greater Minnesota AND Twin Cities kink community. We believe that sexuality is to be celebrated, embraced, and enjoyed in all its spectrums. The only zero tolerance should be that of violation of affirmative-consent and/or shaming of sexuality. MNKASS welcomes ALL genders and gender identities, races, ages, sexual orientations, and body types.
On a practical side, MNKASS will post, advertise, and communicate any and all group events being held by each individual organization. We will also share a common vetting process, membership roster, and also maintain a banned member list, and disciplinary roster. We will provide the SAFEST, and most inclusive atmosphere possible to explore the widest spectrum of sexual interests. At a minimum, we will always have at least two moderators present at each event, and security provided at larger events.

Rules
Minnesota Kink and Swingers Society (MNKASS) is open to all sexual orientations, gender identities, body types, legal ages, and abilities.
Behavior
You are responsible and or liable for your own actions. Affirmative consent is absolutely mandatory at any MNKASS event. Safety is our number one priority. If you act in a manner that’s inappropriate, unwelcome, or don’t follow the rules, you will be asked to leave the event. This could impact you attending future events, and could eventually result in banning. We take the safety of our guests very seriously! Please respect the moderators discretion to keep the parties fun and safe for everyone.
Be respectful of others, the moderators, and the host, or you will be removed from this group or asked to leave events. You may not like everyone attending, and that’s ok. You will, however, have respect for the spaces and people around you.
Safety is a huge part of this community and we encourage folx to communicate about their preference of condoms, birth control, and the like to ensure the physical and mental health and safety of those attending.
Know what you’re drinking. Know how much of it you’re drinking. Sloppy drunkenness makes affirmative consent impossible, is dangerous for everyone, and you may be asked to leave.
Vetting
Our vetting process is simple. Any member who was vetted for Minnesota Swingers Playhouse (MSPH) prior to January 1, 2020 is an automatic vetted member of MNKASS. This also applies to any banned member prior to January 1, 2020. Those banned members will also be banned from MNKASS. A member who is vetted through MNKASS will be considered vetted for all our current partner organizations. MNKASS will NOT accept any member vetting from outside organizations as of January 1, 2020.
Any new member who wishes to be vetted must go through an in-person vetting session. We will have public vetting events, or Meet and Greets, a few times a month. These will be posted on our “Upcoming Events” sticky. A member may also ask for an individual vetting with any of the MNKASS moderators. The individual vetting will occur in person, or in a rare case, cam to cam vetting may be worked out with that moderator. This is at the discretion, and availability, of the MNKASS moderator. MNKASS will not do any vetting via a text only format. We must be able to have an actual conversation in real time as part of the vetting process. We will NEVER ask for a member to “sleep with” or otherwise engage in any sexual activity with a moderator as part of the vetting process.
You must be a VETTED member of MNKASS, in order to be considered to attend an event. If you were vetted with Minneosta Swingers Playhouse (MSPH) prior to 1/1/2020, then you are automatically vetted with MNKASS. After 1/1/2020, you must be vetted through MNKASS only, in order to attend our events.
Attending Events
Simple Steps to RSVP to individual MNKASS events:
When event is posted for members to sign up, RSVP for the event.
Not everyone who signs up as “going” can receive an invite because of the large number of “goings” compared to the space available at the event venue.
A. Invites are typically sent out one week prior to the event.
B. Due to the size of each venue, we have a set limit of people we can invite. Respect this rule as well.
C. Personal and private Invites are sent out 24-48 hours before the event.
D. Out of respect for the moderators and for other people who are interested in attending events, you must cancel within 24 hours if you are unable to attend the event.
E. Please don’t RSVP, or message a moderator the afternoon/evening of an event and expect a response. Our events take time to prepare for. We are not on Fet checking RSVP’s on the day of an event. We are setting up for that event.
We have the right not to invite someone who will be a negative influence, will cause harm, or is banned from the group. We make sure those who come into the house are on the guest list by keeping track. We keep a list of people we invite to the party and ask their screen names when they come inside. This is a safety measure we respect and admire.
All our parties and events are private, as well as our private guest list that only the moderators keep track of, when checking you in at the door.
Rules to Live By!!
Be polite and show common courtesy. (Duh!)
At parties you do not have to participate if you don’t want to. Watching and having fun is what its all about.
Affirmative consent is required before touching another guest and no means no! The Cardinal Rule at any party is “no means no”! It is a rule never up for debate. THESE PARTIES ARE SAFE & FRIENDLY. Please respect that.
Couples are allowed. Single folx are welcome, and are able to bring dates that have also been vetted. For some events, you may be asked to seek approval from the host to bring a guest primarily because of space limitations.
No damaging of property will be tolerated. If there is damage to the property, you will be held liable and accountable. You will be banned from attending future events.
No drugs or smoking will be permitted in the hosts’ homes or in the party venue.
Please make sure you take all your belongings when you leave.

MNKASS moderators have the right to post, and delete, any and all information in the discussion threads.
We ask that you send the moderators a private message, if you are interested in telling people about your private party, swing group, or a good location for a party. We will look into it, talk to you more about it, and post it if we feel comfortable with it. We want our group to be safe and comfortable so checking and verifying of the event and the venue is important as well.
Reporting an Incident
Please report all incidents to a moderator immediately! Please approach any group moderator at the party about the situation. We can talk in a private setting and get the whole story. The host of the venue will get involved as well and will provide input into the matter.
Pictures, Cameras, and Photographs
Photography or video taping is not allowed without the express permission of the host, or group leaders. If allowed, any person(s) in the picture/video must sign a release form, and the picture/video will be monitored by a security/moderator.
Final notes on rules
Confirmed violations of these rules will result in the immediate removal of the offender from the premises, and result in being banned from the group. The action/incident and cause of the violation may be reported to other group owners in the area at the owner’s discretion.
The safety and privacy of each member of the group is ultimately up to the members themselves. Any member who chooses to violate the privacy and security of another member is subject to having their own privacy violated by being named in this forum along with your violation without any legal recourse to Fet, this group, or any of its members. Please do not put anyone in that position.
If a moderator or group owner of MNKASS is harassed or bullied and or blocked from enforcing the rules, the offender is automatically banned from the group
